Meet the team that creates our Moosey productions


Matthew Fisher

Matthew has been lucky enough to direct his own play: "Abandoned". It was a sold out run and received great feedback and amazing reviews. It was also chosen as one of Entertainments South Wales' "Top 5 Live Shows of 2018". Bamalam Productions have also turned "Abandoned" into an episodic radio play.   He has written a short film "Second Chances" for Watchers Production new project: Strange Tales -  Which has been nominated for various awards! He has been awarded the Crawshay Cup Award for Best Original Writing in the Wales One Act Festival 2019 for ‘We Are Stronger Together’, with the mission of defending it. ‘We Are Stronger Together’ has been published by Cressrelles Publishing Company!

He has had a number of plays be performed all over the UK and across the pond in NYC. His work has been apart of various festivals such as:  StageWrite 2019's New Writing Festival, Bedford Fringe Festival, and West Norwood Arts Festival. 

As the founder of Dramatic Moose his aim is to be a platform for New Writing, by giving talent, both on and off the stage, a chance to show off the skills they've not been allowed to show off before. 

A graduate in Film Studies, it is not without a sense of irony that years later Ben found himself on the other side of the lens Acting. He started with small charitable non profit theatre companies based in and around Cardiff and has since gone on to play lead roles in various shorts to Award Nominated Comedy Web Drama 'Whovians' In June of 2016 he acted alongside Dramatic Moose's very own Matthew Fisher for two sold out performances at Chapter with 2 man comedy play 'The Universe PLC' and performed in both 'Abandoned' in Jan of 2018 and most recently 'We Are Stronger Together' for the 2019 Glamorgan Drama League respectively. He is delighted to be an official part of Dramatic Moose Productions and it's journey into the future.


Ben Wilson


Christopher Maxwell

Christopher began acting in student films after leaving high school, and eventually found himself training at The Academy of Live & Recorded Arts in Wigan (ALRA North). Since graduating, Christopher has worked in theatre and on short films, and has tried his hand at writing. In 2017, Christopher met Matthew Fisher and went on to star in Dramatic Moose Productions debut productions of both 'Abandoned' in 2018, and 'We Are Stronger Together' in 2019 for the Glamorgan Drama League One Act Festival. Christopher has also been a part of “Strange Tales”; the YouTube web series from The Watchers, acting in the short “Brand New Beginnings”. Christopher is extremely excited to be a part of Dramatic Moose Productions and is looking forward to what lies ahead.
